Gordon Rice, Chief Executive Officer
Founder and CEO of BlueXi Ltd, Gordon has held multiple board and senior management roles and has a demonstrated history of driving organisational restructure, process improvement and cultural change. He has led multiple business transformation projects, leading to successful shareholder exits and is experienced with founder run, privately owned businesses and private equity.
Focused on business transformation and corporate culture, he has extensive practical experience of corporate governance and international financial and legal processes, trade sanctions, and anti-bribery. His direct experience working with major regulatory bodies includes taking a leading role in negotiating and securing a Deferred Prosecution Agreement with the UK Serious Fraud Office (SFO). He also has considerable International business experience, including ethical trade, export control and trade sanctions in territories including China, India, the Middle East and Iran.
Gordon has particularly strong experience in the UK manufacturing sector and holds a degree in Electronics and Software Engineering from Southampton University.
Johanna Hooper, Associate
Johanna is a retired Royal Navy Commander, founder of Limitless Peak Performance, and chairs a peer group on behalf of the ONLE network where she helps small businesses o achieve their goals and navigate their challenges. With 250+ hours as a Performance and Leadership Coach, Johanna has worked with over 50 diverse clients from owner-managed businesses to corporates and franchise holders.
With a broad range of coaching and consulting experience plus a long in-house leadership role, Johanna has the ability to see challenges from all angles. With over 2 decades of leadership experience ranging from the operational to the strategic, including in highly stressful conditions, she uses a blend of coaching and mentoring to offer challenge and advice at the point of need. Her key aims are to help others reach peak performance and shape their leadership style to maximise their team’s performance. This includes discussing topics such as managing stress, dealing with conflict and releasing discretionary effort.
Benjamin Drury, Associate
Benjamin is an experienced entrepreneur, coach, author and public speaker. He has worked with a wide range of businesses, from touring theatre companies to high street banks, developing and delivering leadership training courses.

Vimal Patel, Associate
Vimal is the founder of iMORPHr Ltd, and has over a decade of experience leading a team of software developers and is well versed in agile and waterfall methodologies. He is a certified Scrum Master and PRINCE2® (2009) Practitioner and has been central in developing and maintaining an industry leading ERP package.
Vimal is a dedicated, disciplined results-driven leader with proven expertise in delivering solution leveraging various technologies and tools. He believes in software engineering to control complexity, not to create it. Designing and developing products that solve business problems effectively, keeping things simple and easy.
Phil Snowden-Hull, Associate
Phil is a multi-disciplined ERP Consultant with a background of strategic and functional business management and broad functional and technical knowledge of ERP systems. Phil has a particular depth of knowledge with Epicor ERP and technical supporting tools including SQL and C#. He is experienced in Business Process review and re-engineering including best fit base product and bespoke solution design and development.
